I recently told a colleague, someone in the management team, that I have been struggling with depression for years. I am actually writing this openly under my own name and have talked about it on a couple of our podcasts.
Never in my wildest dreams would I have been able to do this 15-20 years ago. More than able, I should say willing. Mental health challenges had been stigmatized as weakness, something to hide and be ashamed of. Luckily, this is changing.

As a leader, I’m able to shape the conversation in my organization. Not every leader does that though.  How do you experience this topic at work? Please share your experiences with us!
